OKLAHOMA - It's a recent scam happening all over the state.
An impersonator claiming to be a bail bondsman is allegedly threatening a real bondsman's clients.
"Very rude. Very threatening. They're cussing at
our clients and telling them that their bonds will be revoked if they do
not pay this amount of money," Audry Conley, with 3B Bail Bonds, said.
Each time, the scammer tells the victim to wire the money.
It's been anywhere from $500 to $1,000, and people have fallen for it. It's money that they won't get back.
